Knee Pain
Performed squats with high bar and feet close together & low bar with wide stance. Leg extensions were too painful so did not do one set! Calf workout all good. Came home and checked hamstrings on banister and super tight and pain on hamstrings a few inches above crease of knee. Pain has been consistent in knee for 2-3 days but applying pressure on leg on this area with knee extended reduced pain in knee to zero after five minutes.
Is this tightness due to leg curls or straight legged deadlifts? My money is on the unnatural leg curls.
Is pain in top of knee just above knee cap due to tightness in this area? Inner thigh (adductor) also tight and painful when applying pressure.
After a few sessions of massage on banister with knee bent and extended there is no pain in knee!
