Tightness in Chest,Traps & Neck
I have to admit that due to my work commitments and enthusiasm and efforts involved with this site I have not been stretching and massaging since prior to my workout yesterday.
I can feel tightness (not soreness) in my upper chest, left hand of neck and traps. It does not take long for old problems to reveal themselves although things are much better and my posture, especially shoulder position, has improved.
Stretching and massage will be on the menu tomorrow.
I have been using my new posture chair for the PC today and I like it!
